Windkraft Simonsfeld BG AG
In March 2008, Windkraft Simonsfeld BG AG, based in Varna, was founded. 80 per cent of the stock corporation are owned by WKS Holding GmbH, 20 per cent of the shares are held by the Windkraft Simonsfeld AG. Managing directors is Ulrich Klingbacher.
The first two wind turbines in Windpark Neikovo I were erected in February 2009.
O & M Simonsfeld
In 2009, the operating company O&M Simonsfeld was founded to supervise WKS-owned and other turbines in Bulgaria. Managing director is Markus Winter.
