Romania
The foundation of Windkraft Simonsfeld RO s.r.l. was effected in October 2007 and in December 2008 Windkraft Resita s.r.l. was founded. Both companies pursue the development of wind-power projects in the West of Romania; 98 per cent are currently held by WKS Holding GmbH.
Managing director of both companies is Christian Chioncel.
